In addition, our team provides Programming, Planning, and Assessment Services, including Visioning, Needs Assessments, Feasibility Studies, Building Programs, Site Analysis/Test Fits, Building Assessments, and Maintenance Plans. We also offer Sustainable Design Services, including the development of sustainable strategies for LEED certification and completing the LEED certification process.

Community Engagement

At HBM, we believe that community engagement is essential to the success of any project. That's why we offer a range of community engagement services, including hands-on design workshops, educational input gathering sessions, custom surveys, stakeholder interviews, and in-person and online input gathering methods. We also provide focus groups, summaries of participant input, and presentations to local government and stakeholder groups.
