IdeaCo. is a boutique branding and ideation studio providing a full suite of creative services for companies and organizations seeking to reinvent themselves, adapt to new marketplaces, or develop a more consistent brand image. Our team of creative experts has an undeniable obsession with design, and we spend our days and nights thinking about design, learning about design, teaching design, admiring design, and just plain designing.

We create beautiful artistic expressions grounded in strategy and vision. We don't just solve simple problems with design; we help you strategize and plan for the changing markets and trends using research and planning. The outcomes focus on impact and beauty, yet are created with collaborative thinking and a strong partnership with our clients.

Our Services

Our services include naming, branding, ideation, print media, environmental packaging, interactive experience, interiors, social exhibitions, and events. We are a creative design collective, and our team is led by Thom Long, a seasoned creative director and lead designer with over twenty years of experience in interdisciplinary design practices.

Thom has worked with a diverse range of clients, from Elizabeth Arden to Loews Hotels, and has led multiple design teams including a 7-person design firm on Madison Avenue in NYC. He is also a tenured professor of architecture and design at Hampshire College, teaching courses across disciplines and collaborating with students on design and innovation projects.

Our work spans many different areas and industries, including food and beverage, hospitality, technology, product packaging, education, outdoor lifestyles, and start-up launching.
