Media Paws is a company that was born out of a passion for creativity and innovation. In 1997, Perry and Terri Tinsley started a company called Teachers' Pet Productions, which focused on developing special education software, designing databases for small businesses, and creating websites for personal projects and small businesses. Over time, they decided to add video production to their list of services, which led to the creation of Media Paws in August 2001.

Perry Tinsley, the sole proprietor of Media Paws, has been developing his technology expertise for almost 20 years.
