Our Team

Our team of experienced interior designers, led by Principal Designer Brittney Nielsen, bring a range of skills and expertise to every project. Brittney has over 20 years of experience in the field, with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from San Diego State University. Heather Menegat, our senior designer, has a BFA in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego, and Kelly Gilhooly, our designer, is currently pursuing her BA from UCLA and MBA from USD.

Our Process

At Brittney Nielsen Interior Design, we take a personalized approach to each project, working closely with our clients to bring their vision to life. Our process begins with a consultation, where we meet with our clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. We then create a custom design plan, incorporating our clients' input, and work closely with their architects and contractors to ensure a seamless design and construction process.

Once our design plan is approved, we work with our clients to coordinate the installation of furnishings, window treatments, art, and accessories. We also manage the construction process, ensuring that all elements come together seamlessly.
