Our Service Levels

To ensure that our clients receive the level of service they expect, we offer three levels of service:

• Clear Consultation: This is our initial consultation, where we meet with the client to identify their needs, scope of the project, budget, and goals.
• Basic: This level of service includes a more detailed consultation, including gathering space dimensions, determining style and color preferences, and discussing priorities, budget, and schedule.
• Glove: This level of service includes a comprehensive design scheme, including a defined color palette, space plan, furniture, fabrics, and finish choices, as well as a "punch list" to track each element of the design.

Design Process

Our design process is broken down into several stages:

• Conceptualization: Based on the information gathered, we develop a complete design scheme, including a defined color palette, space plan, furniture, fabrics, and finish choices.
• Visualization: We present all necessary technical drawings, 3D drawings, photographs, and samples of paint, tile, wall coverings, finishes, and fabrics to help the client visualize the design.
• Design Execution: We work with a network of contractors and suppliers to bring the design to life, ensuring that all materials and finishes meet our high standards.
• Installation: We review the work of contractors and ensure that all necessary permits and inspections are completed.
• Quality Control: We review and approve all installations to ensure that they meet our high standards.
