Our Process

Our design process is tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. We follow a structured approach that includes:

1. Complimentary Consultation: We will walk you through your home, discuss your vision, specific goals, and interior design needs.

2. Project Scope & Proposal: We will create an outline of design needs, including a rough estimate of projected design fees and a letter of agreement between design firm and client.

3. Project Start: We will take onsite measurements, input existing floor plans into autocad, and create proposed layout options.

4. Planning: We will finalize layouts through detailed meetings and discussions with clients, selecting fixtures, furnishings, and finish materials.

5. Send Plans to Contractor: We will collaborate with the contractor/s and form a realistic price quote for materials and labor.

6. Construction/Design Implementation: We will oversee the installations and assist with contractor and vendor communications to ensure designs are built according to specifications.
