Founded in 2006 by Carol Kaplan, ECD has evolved from a small startup to a thriving business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results. Over the years, we have worked with some of the top realtors and sellers in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County, building a network of trusted clients and partners. Our team has grown to over 20 team members, with a diverse range of skills and expertise. In 2020, we relocated to a 15,000 square foot warehouse in Mira Mesa, allowing us to expand our inventory and services to accommodate the growing demand for our services.
