North Fork Farm House: A Case Study
One of our most notable residential projects was a 150-year-old farmhouse in the North Fork area. Initially lying in disarray, the farmhouse required a complete overhaul, including heating, electrical, and ecological state-of-the-art water systems. Retaining its charming exterior, the house underwent a dramatic transformation, boasting a contemporary, Soho-style interior and stunning views from the rear, now adorned with metal French doors. The design process preserved several vintage elements, including glass tile bars from 1910 and an original claw tub, re-glazed to perfection.
