1. Initial Consultation: An on-site consultation with our co-principals to discuss the scope, project investment, and letter of agreement.
2. Kick-Off Meeting: A meeting at our office to review the scope, preliminary budget, client intake questionnaire, and inspiration images.
3. Concept Design Presentation: We create 2-3 conceptual schemes for client approval.
4. Design Development: Work closely with clients to finalize design and color schemes.
5. Final Design Presentation: Present a comprehensive design package for client approval.
6. Implementation: Execute design plans, ensuring seamless construction and project management.
Packages
We offer a range of consultation packages designed to meet our clients' diverse needs. Our packages include:
- Paint Consultation: $1,500 (up to 5,000 sq. ft.) - includes a complete walkthrough of the home, paint boards, and a walkthrough with a painter.
- Wallpaper Consultation: $1,500 (up to 3 rooms) - provides 3 wallcovering options, measurement and install coordination, and a proposal for material and installation cost.
- Moving/Merging Households Consultation: Custom pricing - helps clients downsize, merge households, or relocate.
- House Hunting Consultation: $175 - assists clients in re-imagining potential homes as their own.
- DIY Consultation: $550 (up to 2 hours) - provides expert guidance on kitchen, bathroom, and lighting design, as well as on-site furniture placement.
