Devious Design is a creative agency founded by Kenneth Davis in 1992, built on a foundation of delivering exceptional design work at competitive prices. The agency's name, while initially controversial, reflects its commitment to thinking outside the ordinary, veering from the typical design paths to create truly unique and memorable solutions for its clients.

Our History

Kenneth's journey began in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he graduated from Louisiana State University with a focus on photography and history. After backpacking across Europe, he moved to New York City to pursue his passion for design at Parsons School of Design. While initially drawn to photography, Kenneth found his true calling in graphic design, where his talent flourished. After graduating, he landed a job at Reliable Design Studios, Inc., an esteemed agency with a prestigious clientele that included Alexander Julian, The International Center of Photography, Lifetime Television, MTV, Showtime Network, Sony Music, and The Whitney Museum of Art.

It was at Reliable Design that Kenneth honed his skills under the tutelage of Bill Kobasz, a brilliant and dedicated designer. Working alongside Bill for three years provided invaluable experience and instilled in Kenneth the importance of passion and commitment to every project. Reliable Design during those years was a magical blend of professional excellence and lighthearted humor, working late nights to craft visually stunning designs.

Emboldened by his experience at Reliable Design, Kenneth took the leap and launched Devious Design in 1992.
