Our team of experienced architects, designers, and project managers is passionate about blending design, research, and client services to deliver unique solutions for complex problems. Our Leadership Team

Our principal members bring a wealth of experience and expertise to every project. Shem Harding, with over 17 years of architectural experience, is a firm leader in architecture and urban planning. Gabe Dominek, with over 25 years of experience, has developed a collaborative process that results in elegant, functional, and community-oriented designs. David Hyman, a co-founder with over 30 years of experience, is a firm leader in marketing and design. Sallee Humphrey, also a co-founder, brings more than 30 years of experience in shaping interior environments. Holly Humphrey, Associate Principal, is the backbone of our operations and administration, guiding business decisions. Scott Furrow, Associate, is a talented team leader with deep knowledge of construction technology and excellent communication skills. Mara Chance, Associate and AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is a leader in architectural project management and sustainability. Meredith Curran, Associate and Senior Interior Designer, excels in design, project management, and marketing for various projects.

Our Services

From designing commercial spaces like the Cyrk Building and Pitman Building to educational institutions such as La Grande Central ES and Portland State University, our team strives to create environments that meet the unique needs of each client. We have also worked on healthcare facilities, such as the Cascade Energy Headquarters, and residential projects like the Dragonberry Produce and The Eye Studio.
