Our Story

The Box Web Design was founded by Susan Smylie, who brings a unique blend of software development, database design, and consulting experience to the company. With a background in Computer Science, Susan has spent years working for NASA and the Air Force, where she honed her skills in software development and consulting. After becoming a stay-at-home mom, Susan returned to the work world and was mentored by Sean Worcester, the founder of The Box, in developing her skills in web design and development.
