At CM Fresh Perspectives, we believe that your home should be a reflection of your personality and lifestyle. Our team, led by Principal Designer Caitie McQuaid, is dedicated to creating spaces that inspire and promote your sense of self. With a deep understanding of fine art and architecture, Caitie combines her knowledge with a passion for design to deliver unique and functional spaces.

Our Assistant Designer, Devan Van Epps, brings her easy-going disposition and a robust comprehension of custom furniture and cabinets to our office. Devan's role has expanded to include project management, cabinet specialist, and installation assistance. She believes that good design is founded in purpose, reason, and feeling, and that it is something everyone deserves to experience.

The Company

Caitie founded CM Fresh Perspectives in 2016 with the goal of creating custom interiors for renovations and full new builds that stand the test of time. We are a full-service interior design firm that collaborates with clients on the floor plan development, interior drawings, custom cabinetry, finishes, and selections: furniture, window treatments, styling, and installation.

The Process

Our process begins with a complimentary in-person consultation to discuss your project and see if we are the right fit for you. After determining the scope of the project and signing a design agreement, we conduct an in-depth style meeting with Caitie along with a measure, unless it is a new-build. Then, we dive into the design development process, creating your dream home with samples, graphics, floor plans, etc.

After any necessary changes to the design have been made, the purchasing and construction process begins. If needed, meetings with the builder happen at this point in order to review drawings and design intent. That's when hammers start to swing and your builder becomes more involved. After the construction is completed, the CM Fresh Perspectives team comes back for any and all furniture and accessory installation, and your home is complete!
