At makelike, we are a multi-disciplinary graphic design studio founded in 2000 by artist/designers Mary Kysar and Topher Sinkinson. Based in Portland, Oregon, our design mission is to create work that is unique, sophisticated, and covetable. We started our product line in 2009, with a focus on specialty wallpapers. Today, we also design, illustrate, and produce custom patterns and wallpaper for interior design and architectural clients with specific needs.

Our studio generates art direction, graphic design, pattern design, and illustration for publishing, editorial, marketing, retail, exhibition, product development, and identity & brand applications for clients big and small, near and far.
