Our team is led by a group of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Our president and creative director, Nick Chiechi, has over three decades of design experience and has worked with both established and emerging companies. Our digital mixed media designer and web developer, Michael Miller, has nearly 30 years of experience in print, interactive, and web design and development. Our senior promotions advisor, Milena Buscaglia, has managed the advertising specialty institute needs of CSD since 1991. Our web developer, Gary Oosterhuis, is a leading web developer and programming expert.
