Our Team

Our team consists of licensed architects and nationally registered interior designers with diverse backgrounds and extensive experience. Our Principal Architect, William (Bill) UTZ, is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Architectural Studies and a Masters of Architecture with a concentration in Structural Engineering. He is licensed in several states and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Our staff's collective expertise ensures that every project receives the attention and care it deserves.
