Welcome to C2, formerly Creasman Consulting, a veteran-owned company that has been serving various technological needs of businesses and government entities since 2004. We started out as a web design company and evolved over the years to meet the changing demands of our customers. Today, we offer a wide range of services including surveillance solutions, networking support, and a unique Victim Advocate Database for Law Enforcement Agencies.

Surveillance Solutions

We develop custom surveillance systems for the Law Enforcement community. Our systems are designed to be versatile and effective, featuring PTZ Infrared cameras with mechanical and optical zoom capabilities. We also offer systems with both 4G cellular and WIFI connectivity, ensuring that footage can be accessed even in areas with poor cellular coverage.

Networking Support

C2 offers small business to enterprise level networking support, including Active Directory, Exchange services, and domain controller implementation. We also provide assistance and engineering with unified surveillance camera solutions, tying geo-diverse camera systems into one unified system. Our recent projects include re-envisioning patrol car dash camera systems, connecting patrol cars and ambulances in real-time back to the sheriff's office, and turning every patrol car into a hotspot.

Victim Advocate Database

We created the Victim Advocate Database for Law Enforcement Agencies and other victim-oriented entities. This customizable database tracks services rendered, victim demographic information, victim advocate training records, defendant information, and provides statistical reporting options. It includes the capability to export all statistical data for monthly and yearly analysis.
